Rigorous checks are carried out by all operators from the foiling process right through to the products being dispatched.

Quality and setting checklists are completed for every stillage foiled and process temperatures are monitored by Shift Supervisors.

In addition to this, operators perform routine laboratory checks on adhesive weights, adhesion strength and cold impact.

Foilex also have the option of ink jet printing for traceability, if required.
