has been involved in profile
lamination for over a decade. In that time we’ve
foiled virtually every PVC-U profile type and learnt the
art of high quality, durable lamination.
Foilex is proactively working
with the local college so all personnel can achieve
NVQ1 and 2 in Foiling Operations (a unique qualification
instigated by Foilex).
We have our own internal comprehensive
training structure, which is IVQ 1 and 2 in foiling;
this also includes quality and HSE training.

Fully trained personnel, who have
many years experience, carry out all training in-house.
This is essential to provide
a stable, knowledgeable work force giving consistency
of quality
and service.
Succession plans are also in place to ensure that ambitious
individuals are identified and given the chance to thrive
within their working environment.
