Karl Draper – Planning and Procurement Manager

Karl Draper - Production Manager

Joined the Epwin Group in April 1996 employed as a Materials Handler.

March 1998, Karl transferred to the foiling department where he has worked his way up from the factory floor as an Operator to his position as Production Manager

He is responsible for all production personnel, co-ordination of training and ensuring all procedures are followed, planning and scheduling.

Emma Gittins – Customer Service Manager

Emma Gittins - Customer Service Manager

Joined the Epwin Group in January 1999 employed as Materials Administrator. She was given the job of Supply Chain Co-ordinator when Foilex moved to its present site in 2001.

During this time Emma was given in depth internal training to enable her to have a sound understanding of the foiling process.

In 2003 Emma was promoted to Customer Service Manager and is now responsible for ensuring all customers receive an excellent customer service level and that all orders are progressed in time.

Pat French – Training and Quality Co-ordinator

Pat French - Training and Quality Co-ordinator

Joined the Epwin Group in 2002 employed as a Production Operative for Foilex.

Pat worked his way up form the factory floor to his position as Training and Quality Co-ordinator in 2004.

He is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and control in all Foilex procedures and keeping staff training up-to-date.

Darren Woodcock – Factory Manager

Darren Woodcock - Factory Manager

Darren joined the Epwin Group in 1994 and started on the shop-floor at Telford Extrusions before progressing through the ranks to the Shift Manager’s position.

From here, Darren moved to Custom Extrustions (South Wales) taking up the position as Site Manager, responsible for running the site and warehouse facility for four years.

Since joining Foilex in January 2009 as Factory Manager, Darren is responsible for managing all aspects of the Foilex factory and its specialist team.
