- Rigorous checks are carried out by all operators from the foiling process right through to the products being dispatched
- Quality and setting checklists are completed for every stillage foiled and process temperatures are monitored by Shift Supervisors
- In addition to this, operators perform routine laboratory checks on adhesive weights, adhesion strength
and cold impact - Foilex also have the option of ink jet printing for traceability, if required
