At Foilex every length of profile is stored before and after foiling in specially designed stillage racking in a clean, dry and temperature controlled covered 12,000 sq ft dedicated warehouse, featuring fast action roller shutter doors to ensure no temperature changes.
All our machinery is located in our 30,000 sq ft factory which is located at the same place as our storage facility, which means that your product never goes outside, reducing any potential damage to foiled products.
Because the profile is stored indoors, in a carefully controlled environment the quality of foiling is improved and there is no delay while the product reaches the required temperature, ensuring the environment gives optimum hot melt foiling conditions at all times.
